About Cahill Dental Care

Our purpose is to provide you with ultimate dental care and ensure you receive the very best treatment that modern dentistry has to offer today.

We have disabled access via a ramp leading to the practice door and also two ground floor treatment rooms.

Relax in our lounge area on our comfortable leather sofas whilst enjoying a cup of delicious cappuccino, latte or some fruit juice.

If you need to keep up to date with your emails we have internet access available in the lounge so you can keep up to date while you are on the move.

Whilst having treatment you can relax and listen to music of your choice on one of our mp3 players or watch a dvd. Once your treatment is complete you can freshen up in the bathroom and treat yourself to one of our range of perfumes and hand lotions. We will give you a glass of juice, with a straw of course , before you leave to increase you sugar level as we have found that after treatment some patients can experience tiredness and this will help to prevent this from happening. We also offer drinks for you to take away. Just ask our receptionist for details

Following any comprehensive treatment we will always make a point of contacting you the following day to see how you are.


Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint, you can put it in writing and address it to the Practice Manager. If you would like to see a copy of our complaints policy, please ask our Receptionist or Practice Manager.

Confidentiality

We treat all our patient information in the strictest of confidence and your details would not be passed onto a third party without your permission. If you would like to view our confidentiality policy, please ask our Receptionist or Practice Manager.
