Cahills are proud to go pink for charity
We recently hosted our charity Ladies Night at the Holiday Inn earlier this month, and were delighted with the response we received from our female patients and guests.
Our exclusive Ladies Night was set off with a fizz with a glass of pink bubbly as the guests were welcomed by Michael and the reigning Miss Bolton, and patient of the practice, Miss Kristina Long.
The event was sponsored by leading local businesses including Fletchers Opticians, who brought with them a selection of their designer frames and sunglasses, and Zest, who had a tantalising display of treats from their delicatessen. DB3 had an exciting range of clothing and accessories which were modelled throughout the evening, and Diet Express, based in Swinton, were there to discuss their slimming plan. Mel from The Cutting Rooms, Wigan, demonstrated his expertise in hairstyling and was on hand to answer questions and give haircare advice. The Practice’s own Emma, who has a special interest in all things spriritual, was offering Reiki, a service which she also offers at the practice.
The evening was closed with a raffle, drawn by Kristina, for prizes donated by the practice and other sponsors of the evening, which included designer accessories, and fragrances, and a tooth whitening package. The proceeds from the event are being divided between the two nominated charities; Bridge2aid is a charity, helping to provide dental care and education to communities in developing countries, and Breast Cancer Care.
