Cahill’s is reducing it’s carbon footprint

We’re delighted to announce that we have recently become a Green Achiever – and are the only practice in the North West to have done this.

The Green Achiever Scheme has been set up to enable companies to demonstrate their credentials to suppliers, customers and any other parties interested in green business. The award recognises the efforts of any business who have taken steps to reduce their carbon footprint.

Colin Clarke, our hygienist and Environmental Officer for the practice said,” as a team we have really worked hard to do what we can to reduce the impact we have on the environment. We have all been amazed at the difference simple environmentally friendly measures can make. We have measured our energy usage and have been astounded by the difference just turning unnecessary lighting off, and replacing the lighting for more energy efficient options has made. “

We are now aiming for our Silver Award!

Visit the website for help and advice on how to reduce both your own and your businesses carbon footprint.
