Fee Per Item Treatment

Patients who prefer not to join a Dental Care Plan and wish to be seen on a fee per item basis will be required to complete an Annual Registration form. This is to ensure that you have a basic level of Emergency Call-Out and Trauma cover and to secure your registration with the practice. There is no reduction in fees for any treatment provided. An annual registration fee is payable.
