Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items
that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we
need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. Our payment processor is Paypal
(www.paypal.co.uk)
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over
the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have
received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We
will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when
we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case
that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced
goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure
that the price is acceptable.
Postage and Packaging
Postage and Packaging costs will be clearly marked when you process your order
on our website.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process your orders on the day we receive them. We will normally send
your order to you next business day.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT has been added to all of our
prices. We only accept orders made in the UK and are delivered to a valid
UK address.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted
using 128 bit encryption, this is done when you are transferred to our payment
processors (paypal) during the order process. They are not held in clear
text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Your rights regarding the distance selling
regulations apply when you use our site. However due to the nature of our
products (hygiene), on some products we are unable to accept returned
items that are not faulty. The return carriage charge is paid by you.

Returns Policy
Some items that we sell cannot be returned under the distance selling
regulations. Hygiene based products which become contaminated, perishable or
distorted once opened or used fall under this category. For all other items or
items that have all hygiene and/ or safety seals intact can be
returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the order. Please contact us on
the number at the top of this page to arrange the return of your item/s.
Faulty items can be returned under your statutory rights, again please contact
us to arrange this.
